    What does "Managed" mean?
    It means that Spot Tech is in charge of the device's administration. In the case of our Managed Firewall products, we can lease the hardware to your organization on an annual basis, or administer your hardware, depending on your needs and budget. When we administer a device we are covering security audits, load problems or sluggishness, network related issues, hardware failures, feature installations and management (gateway-level AV, Malware, RDP), DNS, toubleshooting configurations and errors, maintenance task automation, firewall policy setup and troubleshooting, alert configuration, software backups, upgrades and migrations.
    I have a virus. Can you fix it?
